• LOCATION:
• The Potomac Arts Academy, George Mason University
  George Mason University is located in Fairfax, VA, 18 miles from Washington DC.  For detailed information about the facilities, please visit the Potomac EMMI webpage
• TUITION: $475 / $425 if postmarked by April 15 
  Tuition includes all classes, lectures, and performances. 
• HOUSING: For detailed housing information, visit the Potomac Register page 
• MEALS: Multiple food options are available on the George Mason campus.  In addition, restaurants with grocery stores are located near the participant's hotel.  More information will be forthcoming.
• MATERIALS: Participants will be sent music ahead of time. 
  Repertoire may include works by
  C.P.E. Bach, W.F. Bach, Biber, Corelli, Lully, Muffat and Vivaldi.
• REQUIREMENTS: EMMI is designed for the professional level string player.
  Please send a one page resume and $25.00 fee with your application. Register
  Application deadline MAY 15. Reduced rate deadline APRIL 15.
  Tuition is due upon notification of acceptance. The $25 fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward tuition.
• SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY: The R. G. Fox Tuition Scholarship is designed for professional string players who have recently completed masters or doctoral performance programs, are in the early stages of building their carreers, and who wish to acquire performance practice skills that they can incorporate into their playing and teaching. Young string players with only undergraduate degrees, but who have demonstrated a significant commitment to a career in music, may also qualify.
